I got my start providing family, couples, and play therapy. Now, I started Therapy with Lauren because I love working with women and LGBTQ+ folks to sort through their past experiences so they can live lives that feel authentic, connected, and delightful, even with life’s unavoidable difficulties.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, helpful, and a place where you can feel safe enough to bring 100% of who you are, even if some of those parts of you are still developing.

I aim to be direct, open, and welcoming and love co-creating a therapy experience alongside my clients to meet them where they’re at. I stay up-to-date on current trends and research but also do not discount the power of simply being a person someone can feel comfortable enough crying in front of.

I have a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University (2019) and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado (2022, #MFT.0002273). I have special training in internal family systems, solutions-focused, narrative, and somatic therapies.

My work is trauma-informed and inclusive to those of all gender identities, sexualities, race, ethnicities, ages, and abilities. I believe when we spend time understanding ourselves and healing what hurts, the world gets a little lighter and that’s only one part of what I love about this work.
