A place to breathe when life feels heavy.

Individual therapy for adults navigating grief, anxiety, and life transitions throughout Colorado.

What this is

Individual therapy gives you a consistent place to slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and pay attention to patterns that may not be working for you anymore.

You’ll have my full attention in sessions. I’m usually listening closely, taking notes, remembering what’s important to you, asking questions, and sharing what I’m noticing. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what you want to talk about or what you need that day.

There’s enough structure to help you feel supported and focused, with plenty of room for whatever is going on in your life right now.

What to Expect

  • Step One

Book a complimentary 20-minute consultation call. You can tell me a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • Step Two

From there, therapy is personalized to you. You might come in wanting to talk about grief or anxiety, and other parts of your life may need attention along the way, too.

Who this is for

A person holding their hands under running water from a stream or river, jewelry on fingers and wrist, wearing a light blue shirt sleeve, with a blurred natural background.

You may be carrying more than people realize: grief, anxiety, relationship struggles, or a life transition that has left you feeling a little unsteady. If you’re ready for a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what’s going on, you’re welcome here.

Connected Care

I want you to feel supported between sessions, too.

You’ll have access to secure messaging between appointments if something comes up, you notice something you want to share, or you have a thought you’d like to come back to in your next session.

I respond to messages within 24–48 hours.
