Snail Mail from a Therapist

A little something thoughtful in your mailbox, once a season.

What this is

I’m working on a new kind of newsletter! The kind that requires a stamp :)

Four times a year, I send a personal reflection about being human: relationships, grief, work, change, bodies, uncertainty, and whatever else I can’t stop thinking about.

Each package will include a personal essay, a little postscript from my corner of the world, a reflection prompt and a little treasure….because, treasures.

Part personal letter, part teeny tiny literary magazine, part excuse to make checking the mail fun again.

Coming soon. Join the list to get the first letter.

A little peek at what’s to come…

  • No. 001, Fall 2026

Chopping wood, grief, feeling utterly vulnerable — what goes unsaid when you miss someone you love.

  • No. 002, Winter 2026

An expired library card. Heartbreak. Inhaling the pages of a book. Love, lost and found.
